cprompt.ai uses Stripe, a third-party payment processing service, to securely process payments made through our website. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification available in the payments industry.
When you make a payment on our website, you will be directed to Stripe's secure website to enter your payment information. cprompt.ai does not collect or store any payment card information on our site directly.
By using our website and making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website. If you have any questions or concerns about the security of your payment information, please contact Stripe directly.
If a bounty is offered to our user community, the site will reserve the bounty amount and levy a non-refundable platform fee of 10%, of which 5% will be directed to the community chest. If the bounty is withdrawn or a winner is not selected, the bounty amount will be refunded promptly, minus the 10% platform fees. However, if your bounty is deemed inappropriate by users or our platform team, you will receive a refund of 90% of the bounty amount. Still, you may be restricted from posting future bounties, face limitations on your interactions with the platform, and potentially have your account suspended or banned from the site.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
cprompt.ai is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we collect, process, and store.
When collecting personal data from users in the European Union, we will obtain clear and informed consent for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data and can request a copy of any personal data we have collected.

Users who earn income from cprompt.ai that reaches the threshold of 1099-MISC and reside in the United States are required to disclose their Social Security Number (SSN) and address when requested by cprompt.ai. This information will be used for tax compliance purposes only and will be kept confidential. Failure to provide this information may result in the suspension of your account and/or withholding of earned income until the information is provided.
cprompt.ai makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk. cprompt.ai does not warrant that this website, its servers, or any email sent from cprompt.ai are free of viruses or other harmful components. cprompt.ai will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
