Yejin Choi is an accomplished academic and researcher with a wealth of experience in artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Common Sense Intelligence research at AI2, she is also an associate professor at the prestigious Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington.
Dr. Choi has a wide range of research interests, including language grounding with vision, physical and social commonsense, language generation and conversational AI, and AI for social good. Her contributions to the field have been recognized through numerous awards and honors, including being named one of IEEE's AI Top 10 to Watch in 2015, and she is a co-recipient of the Marr Prize at ICCV 2013.
Dr. Choi received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University and has become highly respected and influential in AI research.
