Byron Boots is a Professor in the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech and a Senior Research Scientist at Google Brain. His research focuses on developing algorithms for autonomous systems, with an emphasis on machine learning, robotics, and control theory. He received his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 and has since published over 50 papers in top-tier conferences and journals. Byron is also a recipient of the NSF CAREER award.
